Getting started

You can bill on QuickBills a few minutes after you sign up. Everything else can wait.

1. Sign up

Go to app.quickbills.ai/signup, enter your email, the code we send you, your shop’s name and a password. Your shop starts on QuickBills Free.

2. The setup guide

After you sign up, the setup guide lists what is worth doing: your products, your GSTIN, a payment gateway, your printer and scanner, your logo. Do them now or later; the guide stays in the bar at the top of the app until they are done.

3. Your products

Import your list from a spreadsheet (see Bringing in your product list) or add products one by one from More › Products.

4. Your first bill

Open Sell. Scan a product, or type a few letters of its name and tap it. Change the quantity if needed, then tap Pay and pick Cash, UPI, Card or Khata. The bill prints if you have a printer, and you can share it on WhatsApp.

5. At the end of the day

Shift shows the day’s sales and the cash that should be in the drawer. Past bills, reprints and returns are under Bills.
