Questions about plans
Is GST extra?
Yes. Prices are before GST; 18% GST is added, and you get a tax invoice for every payment. Pro is ₹3,538.82 a year (or ₹352.82 a month) and Business ₹7,078.82 a year, with GST.
How do I pay?
From Billing in the app, by UPI AutoPay, card or e-mandate, through Razorpay. Pro renews every month or every year, as you choose; Business renews every year.
What counts as a device?
Each phone, tablet or computer where QuickBills is used. Free works on one, Pro on three, Business on ten per store. You can remove a device you no longer use from Billing to make room for a new one.
What happens when I reach 100 products on Free?
The products you have keep working; adding more waits until you move to Pro, which has no limit.
Can I change plans?
Yes. A change starts when the period you have paid for ends. Moving up from Pro to Business opens Business straight away, and the first Business payment is taken when your Pro period ends.
Can I cancel?
Any time, from Billing. Your plan carries on until the end of the period you paid for, then your shop moves to Free. Nothing is deleted.
What about AI features?
Reading supplier bills from a photo and the assistant are paid from AI credits you add yourself, on any plan. They are not needed to use QuickBills.
