Who we are
QuickBills is provided by KKN E-Commerce, India (“we”). These terms apply to your use of QuickBills: the app at app.quickbills.ai and this website.
The service
QuickBills is billing, stock, khata and, on paid plans, accounting and GST-compliance software for shops. Some features (reading bills from photos, the assistant) depend on third-party services and are paid for from prepaid AI credits.
Your account
You are responsible for the information you enter, for keeping your login safe, and for what every person you give access to does. You must be allowed to act for the shop you register. Each plan covers one store.
Plans and payment
QuickBills Free costs nothing and is limited to 100 products, one device and the owner’s login. QuickBills Pro costs ₹2,999 a year or ₹299 a month, and QuickBills Business ₹5,999 a year, each per store and before GST; 18% GST is added and a tax invoice is issued for each payment. Paid plans are billed in advance and renew automatically through Razorpay until cancelled. A change between paid plans starts when the period already paid for ends, except that a move from Pro to Business opens Business at once and its first payment is taken when the Pro period ends. AI credits are bought separately and used as you use the AI features. We will tell you before any change to our prices applies to you.
Limits and falling back to Free
If a payment fails and is not made good within the grace period, or you cancel, your shop moves to Free at the end of the period paid for. Your data is kept; features and limits are then those of Free.
Your data
Your shop’s data belongs to you. We process it to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy, and you can export it.
Accounting and GST
QuickBills records accounting entries and prepares GST returns from the transactions entered in it. It supports your compliance and does not replace professional advice: you remain responsible for the accuracy and timeliness of your filings.
Acceptable use
Do not use QuickBills unlawfully, try to reach another shop’s data, or resell the service without our written consent.
Third-party services
Payments go through Razorpay or Cashfree (your own account, for your customers’ payments) and Razorpay (for your QuickBills plan). Their own terms also apply.
Liability
QuickBills is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including those from data entered incorrectly.
Ending
You can cancel at any time. We may suspend access for a breach of these terms, with notice where we reasonably can.
