Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Account data: your shop’s name, GSTIN, address, and the names and logins of the people you add.
• Shop data: products, prices, stock, bills, payments, returns, khata entries and customers you add, and on paid plans purchases, expenses and bank statements you upload.
• Technical data: an identifier for each device QuickBills is used on (to count devices for your plan), and logs used for security and reliability.

Why

To run QuickBills for you: billing, stock, khata, accounting and GST, and to send you account and billing emails. We do not send marketing messages without your consent, and QuickBills sends nothing to your customers from our number: messages to them open on your own phone.

Your customers

Customer names and phone numbers you add are used only in your shop’s QuickBills, for its bills and khata.

Who we share with

Only the processors needed to provide the service: payment gateways, our hosting and email providers, the GST infrastructure used to prepare and file your returns, and AI providers for features you choose to use (who process the data only to return the result). We never sell your data or share one shop’s data with another.

Security

Encrypted connections, access limited to each shop and each role, and regular backups. We will tell affected shops promptly if a breach affects their data.

How long we keep it

For as long as your account is active, and afterwards as long as accounting and tax record-keeping rules require.

You can ask for a copy, a correction or the deletion of your data at hello@quickbills.ai.
