Moving to Pro or Business

Open Billing (from Settings, or the Pro marks in the menu), choose the plan and monthly or yearly, and pay by UPI AutoPay, card or e-mandate. Pro’s screens open as soon as the payment goes through.

Your accounts, from day one

When you move to Pro, your accounts are set up and every sale and return you made on Free goes into them, each on its own date, along with your stock today and khata payments. It takes a few minutes; Billing shows when it is done.

Devices

A device is each phone, tablet or computer where QuickBills is used. If a new device has no room, the owner can remove one no longer used from Billing › Devices.

Staff logins

On Pro and Business, give your cashiers, manager and accountant their own logins from Team. On Free only the owner signs in.

If a payment fails or you cancel

Your plan carries on for a few days while the payment is retried, then your shop moves to Free. Nothing is deleted.
